Scheduling & Jobs
The calendar, recurring visits, one-off work, and job statuses.
Job statuses: Scheduled, Scheduled - Delayed, In Progress, Completed, Cancelled.
Plans create recurring visits on their interval. Schedule a Visit is for a visit you create yourself, and for deleting several unstarted visits from the Jobs calendar (Select Jobs → Delete). Jobs and Schedule lists use the shared Filter and Share a List toolbar.
A plan does not have to run one rhythm all year. Change Visit Frequency by Season covers customers served twice a week in summer and once a week the rest of the time, and how the contract bills the real number of visits.
Schedule also reads the same window as set routes rather than jobs — see Put a Route on the Calendar.
Periodic extras that ride on a plan (filter cleans, aeration) are Set Up Care Schedule — catalog under Settings → Care Schedule, worklist under Office Ops → Care Schedule.
Aquatic offices that need a printable form not tied to a visit use Print a Custom Field Report under Office Ops → Field Reports. That is not the DNR Field Report on a lake or pond job.
- Schedule a VisitCreate a scheduled job for a customer and site, or a one-off visit outside the regular plan.
- Schedule Visits on Set WeekdaysServe a customer on fixed days of the week — twice a week on Monday and Thursday, for example — instead of every set number of days.
- Schedule a Number of Visits per Week or MonthSell and bill a customer on a count — twice a month, three visits a week — and let the office pick the days.
- Change Visit Frequency by SeasonServe a customer twice a week in summer and once a week the rest of the year, with the contract billing the real number of visits.
- Set Up Company Holidays That Repeat Every YearSubscribe to a holiday calendar and add your own days off once, so schedules skip them every year without retyping dates each season.
- Print a Field Report Without a JobFill in the same DNR-style lake field report a job prints, by hand, for a site visit that never became a job — prefill the header from a customer and site, tick the grid, and print.Weed Treatment
