Dispatch is the day-of board. Start on Assign Work, then use Assign the Day's Work to put people on jobs and order the route. Search, Crew, Show, and Filters match Filter and Share a List.
When a day is overloaded or past-due work has piled up, Optimize the Schedule moves jobs to dates with room without touching who is assigned.
For the week rather than the day, Put a Route on the Calendar reads your set routes as a calendar on Schedule — one row per route — so you can book a day, move a rained-out run, or turn a one-off into a weekly pattern.
Dispatch → Saved Routes can create a route by hand with New Route — you do not have to run Build Routes first. Set Up a Saved Route covers service days, Visit days on Auto, and pressing Create N routes on the Route Builder Commit step. When a customer signs, Add New Customers to Existing Routes puts their site on a route that already passes the door, counting capacity as each one lands — so you only build a new route for what genuinely does not fit.
Before a season starts, See Who Has Signed Up on a Route shows each stop's customer as Signed up, Quote out, or Not signed up for the season you pick, so you can chase renewals route by route.

- Add New Customers to Existing RoutesPut newly signed sites onto the routes that already pass their door, with capacity counted as each one lands, instead of building them a route of their own.
- See Who Has Signed Up on a RouteCheck each saved route stop by stop for the season — who has a contract, who has a quote out, and who has not signed up yet — before the season starts or during it.
